You can set an vertical tabs to become horizontalbased on the screen size using the class names .{xx}:tabs-horizontal or .{xx}:tabs-vertical.
{xx} can be xs, sm, md, lg, xl.

In this example, the vertical tabs will become horizontal above 768px (md).
